Job summary

Trinity Solar is expanding its close-knit team and seeks proven closers in residential solar and home energy solutions. This role focuses on converting warm inbound and field-generated leads into solar and roofing agreements, with training provided.

First-year reps average $130,000-$150,000 OTE with uncapped commissions and multiple revenue streams. If you have 1–3 years of sales experience or are an experienced closer, Trinity Solar offers strong support, a clear advancement path, and autonomy

Qualifications

• Inside or outside sales experience preferred (Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling).
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline.
• Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs and opportunities.
• Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer.
• Overcome objections and confidently close deals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle.
• Prospect within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline.
• Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations.
• Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close.
