Trinity Solar is expanding its closers and seeking proven sales professionals to grow income in a high-demand solar and home energy market. This role handles warm inbound and field leads, presenting customized solar and roofing solutions.

With uncapped commissions, paid training, and multiple revenue streams, first-year reps target $130,000–$150,000 OTE, with top performers earning more. A strong pipeline and support from an established organization help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Inside or outside sales experience preferred (Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling, BDR/SDR experiences strongly desired)

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs and opportunities
• Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer
• Overcome objections and confidently close deals
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle
• Prospect within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline
• Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations
• Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close
