First-year reps average $130,000–$150,000 OTE in a high-demand market; top performers earn more. You will respond to leads, present tailored solar and roofing options, and manage a strong pipeline in a flexible territory.

Qualifications

• Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling, BDR/SDR experience strongly desired.
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline.
• Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license; cell phone with data plan.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs and opportunities.
• Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer.
• Overcome objections and confidently close deals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle.
• Prospect within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline.
• Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations.
• Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close.
