Trinity Solar is seeking Residential Home Improvement Sales Consultants to close warm leads in a fast-growing solar and roofing market. Uncapped commission, paid training, and multiple revenue streams create high earning potential with a strong support structure.

First-year reps average $130,000–$150,000 OTE, with top performers earning more, and candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience or proven closers will thrive in this high-demand role.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, roofing, home improvement, construction, remodeling, or BDR/SDR roles is strongly desired.
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline.
• Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Cell phone with data plan.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs and opportunities.
• Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer.
• Overcome objections and confidently close deals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle.
• Prospect within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline.
• Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations with confidence.
• Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close.
