Trinity Solar is seeking a Residential Home Improvement Sales Consultant to close deals with warm inbound leads and field-generated opportunities. This role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and multiple revenue streams from solar and roofing products, with strong income potential.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of sales experience; strong communication and CRM skills are required. You will work with an established team to deliver in-home or virtual presentations and help homeowners

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience required.
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and time management.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs.
• Present customized solar and roofing solutions.
• Overcome objections and close deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle.
• Prospect within your territory to build a strong pipeline.
• Deliver in-home or virtual presentations.
