Trinity Solar is seeking a Residential Home Improvement Sales Consultant to close warm inbound leads for solar and roofing solutions. The role offers uncapped commissions, paid training, and multiple revenue streams.

First-year reps average $130,000-$150,000 OTE with potential for higher earnings. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of sales experience and a proven ability to generate and manage a pipeline while delivering compelling in-home or virtual presentations.

Qualifications

• Inside or outside sales experience preferred (Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling, BDR/SDR experiences strongly desired).
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline.
• Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs and opportunities.
• Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer.
• Overcome objections and confidently close deals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle.
• Prospect within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline.
• Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations.
• Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close.
