Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking a Residential Home Improvement Sales Consultant for warm leads to close solar and roofing deals. You will work with uncapped commissions, hands-on training, and multiple revenue streams to maximize earnings.

First-year reps average $130,000-$150,000 OTE, with top performers earning even more. The role offers paid training, ongoing coaching, and advancement into leadership, with autonomy in your territory within an established organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline
• Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability
• Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Cell phone with data plan
• Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals
• Inside or outside sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs and opportunities
• Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer
• Overcome objections and confidently close deals
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle
• Prospect within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline
• Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations
• Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close
