Job summary

NovaSource Power Services in Hubbard, TX, is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician responsible for monitoring PV plant operation via SCADA, testing, diagnosing, repairing AC/DC systems, and ensuring safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a related role, a high school diploma (college/technical degree preferred), and the ability to lift 70 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related position.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College or technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor PV Plant operation through SCADA and perform testing, inspection and troubleshooting as needed.
• Repair and modify AC and DC solar PV systems including inverters, modules, transformers and metering systems.
• Follow safety, environmental and operating procedures to maintain high plant performance.
