Job summary

NovaSource is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our utility-scale PV plants in the US. You will monitor, test, and repair AC/DC systems, inverters, and switchgear, ensuring reliability and safety on site.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. Training on NovaSource procedures and safety standards is provided, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical certifications, state journeyman, etc., a plus.
• College/technical degree preferred.
• Equivalent training in military, utility, or power industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and operation of utility-scale PV power plants.
• Monitor PV plant operation via SCADA and perform testing/inspection.
• Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC systems, inverters, switchgear, metering.
• Ensure safety procedures and environmental policies are followed.
