Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; electrical certs or training preferred.
• Experience in large-scale solar O&M or similar industrial settings preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and operate SCADA/CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on AC/DC systems and components.
• Monitor plant operations via SCADA, support commissioning, testing, and modifications.
• Follow safety protocols including JHA and LOTO; maintain accurate maintenance records.
