Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years (or a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years) in Scheduling/Project Management in retrofit renewables or similar.
• 3+ years delivering superior customer experience and guiding stakeholders to positive outcomes.
• Excellent prioritization and time-management to deliver high-quality results.
• Strong client-facing skills; able to negotiate and resolve ambiguity.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM tools and QA/risk management familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and report on key scheduling metrics.
• Review pipeline reports to identify projects ready for scheduling.
• Conduct root cause analysis to remove bottlenecks and improve throughput.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop plans aligning resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Schedule projects with homeowners and Installation Partners; coordinate dates.
• Submit purchase requests to procurement for materials.
• Oversee pipeline through Site Survey, Install, and Inspection stages.
• Break complex projects into actionable steps with timelines.
• Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans.
