Job summary

Qcells North America is seeking an experienced Scheduling Specialist to manage project scheduling across the organization, coordinating with homeowners and Installation Partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Based in Irvine, CA, San Francisco, CA, or Santa Clara, CA, you will analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize schedules and ensure high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling or project management experience in retrofit residential PV + ESS.
• 3+ years of customer experience enhancement and stakeholder guidance.
• Excellent prioritization and time-management skills.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with enterprise-level CRMs and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and report scheduling metrics.
• Coordinate schedules with homeowners and Installation Partners.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Order materials via procurement and oversee project stages.
