Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. (HQCA) seeks a Scheduling Specialist to manage project scheduling across the organization, coordinating with homeowners and Installation Partners to keep projects on time and within budget.

Based in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Santa Clara, CA with an in-office schedule at manager’s discretion. Remote work may be considered in exceptional cases. You will analyze data and drive throughput with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in Scheduling/Project Management or similar role in retrofit PV/renewables is preferred.
• Ability to guide peers and influence senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Proven prioritization and time-management skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and report on key scheduling metrics.
• Review pipeline reports to identify projects ready for scheduling.
• Root cause analysis to remove bottlenecks and improve throughput.
• Coordinate schedules with homeowners and Installation Partners.
• Send purchase requests to procurement to order materials.
• Oversee projects through Site Survey, Install, and Inspection stages.
• Break complex projects into tasks with timelines and priorities.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
