Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp is seeking a Project Scheduler in Ankeny, IA. This remote role supports EPC solar and BESS projects, reporting to the Senior Manager of Construction Scheduling. Expect travel up to 10% and standard hours Mon-Fri, with potential on-site obligations as needed.

Required are a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong Primavera P6 and CPM knowledge, and solid communication skills. Prior solar/renewable energy experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• P6 proficiency and CPM knowledge.
• Solar/renewable energy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scheduling processes and tools for project execution.
• Manage Solar and BESS EPC projects to scheduling standards including WBS and float management.
• Integrate earned value management with scheduling processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Primavera P6 into reporting.
• Conduct weekly/monthly reviews of project schedules and provide feedback.
• Analyze schedules to identify delays and mitigations.
• Ensure timely communication with management and stakeholders.
