Job summary

NovaSource Power Services seeks a skilled technician to manage maintenance and operation of utility-scale PV power plants. You will monitor operations, support commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of AC/DC systems, inverters, and associated equipment.

Required 2+ years in related roles, strong electrical knowledge, SCADA experience, and ability to work independently with safety as a priority. High school diploma required; technical degree and certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a related maintenance role or journeyman cert preferred.
• Experience with PV plant electrical systems, SCADA, and controls operation.
• Electrical certifications a plus; college/technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly KPIs for energy generation and maintenance.
• Promote safety and adhere to protocols.
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately.
• Assist in on-site projects, installations, testing.
• Ensure site cleanliness to 5S standards.
