NovaSource Power Services seeks a maintenance technician for utility-scale PV plants. Responsibilities include monitoring PV plant operation via SCADA, performing commissioning, testing, inspection, and maintenance of AC/DC solar systems including inverters, transformers, and metering equipment.

The role requires attention to safety and adherence to JHA procedures. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a related role, familiarity with electrical safety standards, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical certifications, state, journeyman, etc. a plus.
• College or technical degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform PM work including measuring, reading, testing and maintenance of site components.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company protocols.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with planning and execution of on-site projects and inspections.
• Complete required documentation and reports.
