Job summary

Enel North America, Inc. seeks a Solar Senior Performance Specialist to lead the Operational Efficiency process for solar assets. You will coordinate regional specialists, manage data, and drive improvement actions to boost plant performance.

You will collaborate with Execution and Technical Services, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of performance results and dashboards for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science or Statistics preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in power plant performance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; Italian/Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly operational efficiency process for solar assets and regional specialists.
• Ensure data quality, KPI tracking, and monthly performance closes.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to identify efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with Technical Services to implement improvement actions.
• Mentor new specialists and provide training on data tools.
