Job summary

EDP Renewables is seeking a Senior Performance Management Specialist to drive performance across wind, solar, and storage assets. You will translate analytics into strategic actions, prioritize issues, and influence cross-functional teams across North America.

This role emphasizes continuous improvement and digital analytics alignment with Asset Operations. The candidate will lead KPI development, data quality controls, and governance of data pipelines while coordinating with regional and global

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, or related STEM field; a master's degree is highly valued.
3-5 years of work experience, preferably in a performance management role in renewable energy or related field.
High level of English; Spanish or Portuguese is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize drivers of underperformance in EDPR assets.
Define, standardize, and improve performance indicators and data frameworks.
Develop and govern advanced BI dashboards and tools for monitoring and reporting.
Ensure data quality and traceability with validation controls and audits.
Build trusted relationships with Asset Operations and lead performance reviews.
Provide insights to support strategic decisions and resource prioritization.
Lead global initiatives within the Performance Analysis community for NA and other regions.
Conduct ad hoc analyses and translate results into actionable recommendations.
