EDP Renewables North America LLC is seeking a Performance Management Senior Specialist to drive performance excellence across wind, solar, and storage portfolios. You will translate advanced analytics into strategic improvements and lead cross-functional stakeholders to deliver sustainable gains.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, data governance, and collaborating with Asset Operations to shape performance management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field; a master's is highly valued.
• 3–5 years of work experience in performance management, preferably in renewable energy.
• Strong English proficiency; Spanish or Portuguese is highly valued.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Programming experience with SQL, Python, or R.
• Knowledge of Power BI development.
• Experience with big data analytics and cloud computing (Azure, Databricks, Tableau, Grafana).
• Analytical problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI assistants is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance analysis across wind, solar, and storage portfolios.
• Develop and govern advanced performance indicators and frameworks.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards and analytics tools for monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure data quality with validation controls and auditing processes.
• Collaborate with Asset Operations and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses translating results into actionable recommendations.
• Support continuous improvement and digital analytics initiatives.
• Drive global initiatives within the Performance Analysis community.
