Job summary

SunPower seeks an analytical Industrial Engineer / Operations Analyst in Orem, Utah to optimize solar operations across the project lifecycle from sales to activation. You will turn data into actionable insights and build tools that reveal where the business performs well and where it stalls.

The role focuses on dashboards, reports, and performance metrics, collaborating with IT/Data to create a data-driven operating culture and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related quantitative field.
• 2–5+ years in operations analytics or industrial engineering.
• Experience with large operational datasets and dashboards.
• Proficient Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data across the solar project lifecycle to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Build dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into pipeline, aging, and throughput.
• Collaborate with IT/Data teams to improve data quality and reporting infrastructure.
• Automate data collection and recurring reporting to reduce manual work.
• Support cross-functional teams with data-driven process improvements.
