Job summary

Blue Sky Utility in Florida is seeking a Solar Performance Engineer to own performance monitoring, analytics, and modeling for our solar and solar+storage fleet. You will lead dashboards, data pipelines, and cross‑team reporting to inform portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of solar performance analytics or O&M experience.
• Bachelor's in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with SCADA/DAS platforms and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily/weekly performance of PV sites against expected production.
• Identify underperformance at site, inverter, and tracker levels using telemetry.
• Maintain dashboards to give a real-time fleet health view.
• Design alarms and monitoring tools to scale with the portfolio.
