Job summary

Generate Capital is seeking an Associate, Technical Operations - Solar to support the technical operations across its solar fleet, including monitoring, dispatch, performance reporting, budgets, invoices, onboarding, and vendor SLAs. The role collaborates with a commercial counterpart to optimize asset performance.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting and analyzing data supporting contractual guarantees.
• Comfort with case-management platforms and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis and optimize strategies.
• Field experience is valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage O&M performance for a subset of the portfolio.
• Own portfolio operations including maintenance and cost control.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and budgets.
• Support monthly KPI reporting and open issue status.
• Manage warranties, spare parts, and special projects.
