Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial solar installation.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to operate a telehandler.
• Experience in construction and electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial solar installation projects.
• Lead and manage a team of up to 10 individuals on-site.
• Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and other logistics.
• Report project progress to the back office and leadership.
• Travel throughout the US, primarily California and Arizona, with potential assignments in Puerto Rico. (Paid travel and per diem)
• Operate a telehandler to assist with project tasks.
