The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in solar field operations, can read technical drawings, and can travel to multiple project sites. A strong communicator will represent the brand professionally to homeowners and inspectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in solar field operations or related electrical/roofing leadership.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and execute complex solar arrays with minimal oversight.
• Proven track record of maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required by the business.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the brand professionally to external stakeholders.
