Qualifications

• 3–5 years C&I solar experience.
• 5+ years leading field crews.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 75+ lbs and work at varying roof heights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor crews ranging from 4–20+ depending on project scale.
• Oversee daily operations for solar projects, including racking and module installation.
• Perform daily quality checks and lead onsite safety efforts.
