Job summary

Sunrun Inc. seeks a Foreman to lead a solar installation crew of 3–6 people. You will ensure safety, quality, customer service and productivity for residential and small commercial projects.

You’ll organize, train the crew, manage the workflow, and maintain documentation while fostering a positive team dynamic. Expect competitive hourly pay and the Nike/Carhartt incentive program as part of the League, with travel around 5%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of construction experience, including 1 year in solar installation.
• Experience wiring up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• State electrical certification/license preferred.
• Ability to perform Installer/Lead Installer duties.
• Knowledge of NEC and codes.
• Understanding OSHA standards.
• CPR and first aid certifications.
• Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, leads, and trains crew members.
• Effectively manages all aspects of the construction workflow.
• Maintains project documentation.
• Develops a positive working dynamic within the team and with branch coworkers.
• Analyzes and resolves worker problems and recommends solutions.
• Maintains consistent customer relations throughout installation.
• Provides feedback to management.
• Performs service calls when necessary.
• May serve as acting supervisor/manager in the absence of supervisor.
