Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; trade training is a plus.
• Experience in mechanical/electrical environments via training or work.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to perform Lock Out/Tag Out procedures on energized parts.
• Basic understanding of solar installations/plants.
• Knowledge of testing equipment used in field maintenance.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for training and site coverage.
• Strong verbal and written English communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Safety is the top priority; enforce safe practices at all times.
• Perform field maintenance and basic solar equipment testing under supervision.
• Repair or replace solar parts/equipment under supervision.
• Respond to on-call requests for emergency repairs.
• Prepare accurate documentation and work reports.
• Collaborate with EPC management to implement improvements.
