Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; vocational training a plus.
• Must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in mechanical/electrical environments.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety as the top priority and follow safe practices.
• Perform basic solar equipment testing, troubleshooting and maintenance under supervision.
• Operate and care for company property, equipment, and tooling.
• Respond to on-call requests for emergency repairs as directed by supervisor.
• Prepare reports of work performed and maintain documentation.
