Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Solar Field Service Technician (Level 1) to join our field team. This full-time role involves site-based work at a specific location with relocation to the U.S. as needed, under supervision for safety and tasks.

You will learn to perform maintenance, testing and basic troubleshooting of solar equipment, with emphasis on safety, documentation, and on-call responsiveness. Candidates must relocate if required and complete training initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to follow Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and work safely at all times.
• Operate and care for company equipment and tooling.
• Support solar equipment service across multiple plants under supervision.
• Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of solar equipment.
• Prepare documentation and reports of work performed.
