Job summary

Sungrow USA is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the Bowling Green, KY area to support commissioning, warranty, and O&M of PV inverters and BESS at customer sites. You will troubleshoot, install, pre/post‑commission, and perform preventive maintenance while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or CS required.
• Renewable energy experience desired.
• OSHA 10 and NFPA 70e within 12 months of hire.
• 3+ years in a technical field; 2 years in solar inverters or BESS.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, test, and maintain PV inverters, BESS, PCS, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose according to Sungrow guidelines.
• Pre- and post-commissioning of solar inverters and BESS systems.
• Lead field safety and report daily activity and JSA reports.
