Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• PV design or PV electrical experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and resolve solar electric warranty and service issues for modules, inverters, monitoring and system components.
• Investigate and mitigate roof leaks with documentation, photos and observations.
• Coordinate with Construction Supervisor and Engineering to resolve redline issues.
• Receive, update and complete Field Service Dispatches (FSDs) in Salesforce Service Dashboard.
• Ensure timely completion of service and warranty work with safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and refine processes and build technical skills related to residential PV system service work.
