Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage service and warranty tasks within the Field Service team. You will work with the Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor, and Branch Manager to allocate labor, oversee training, and drive performance improvements across the local field operations.

The role requires 1–3 years in field construction or solar, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of field construction or solar experience required.
• PV design or PV electrical experience preferred.
• Must pass driving background check; must be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Coordinate with foreman, supervisor and branch manager to allocate labor for service and warranty projects.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new field team members.
• Exceed defined KPI targets such as turnaround time and dispatch efficiency.
• Support inspections and site audits as needed.
