Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Solar Equipment Service Engineer to join our customer service and engineering team in the United States. The role blends remote support, field service, installation assistance, and parts management to sustain high-performance solar equipment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with motors and photovoltaic systems, a strong ownership mindset, and the ability to travel up to 15% within North America.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field experience with motors, motion systems, electrical interconnections, and equipment maintenance.
• Experience with photovoltaic systems or industrial equipment is a plus.
• Legally allowed to work in the U.S. This position does not provide sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Handle North American service cases via email/phone, remote troubleshooting, and proactive outreach. Meet service metrics.
• Independently perform field service calls, break-fix and maintenance visits; oversee installations and provide training.
• Collaborate with global teams to elevate field issues to engineering, identify failure modes, and develop solutions.
• Manage North American spare parts, including customer fulfillment and inventory optimization.
• Conduct system and component failure analysis, refurbishment, and testing as needed.
• Lead initiatives to improve service delivery, serviceability, and cost.
