Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Field Performance Technician to manage service and warranty work, coordinating with foremen and managers while ensuring top safety and quality standards. The role requires ability to work independently and with the performance team.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in solar or construction, strong customer service, and good communication. High school diploma required; Electrical Journeyman license preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of field construction or solar experience.
• Knowledge of NEC and applicable codes and standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Electrical/PV installation knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Coordinate labor resources with Electrical Foreman and Branch Manager.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new field personnel.
• Regularly exceed goals for field performance KPIs such as turnaround time and dispatches.
