Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Superintendent to lead job-site supervision and contractor coordination on assigned projects in the Chicago area.

You will ensure compliance with contract documents, manage safety, scheduling, quality control, and cost management while maintaining strong client contact. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or apprenticeship, 4 years in related trades, and 3–6 years in a similar role or proven project

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED, Apprenticeship or equivalent experience, ongoing training.
• Experience: 4 years in related trades, 3–6 years in a similar role or proven project execution.
• Travel: Up to 100% travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to clients, inspectors and visitors.
• Promote a safe, secure, and healthy work environment and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage and coordinate work to align with contract documents and quality standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules with all parties to meet milestones.
• Administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders to ensure terms are met.
• Manage project scope changes and maintain current contract documents to prevent rework.
• Track timecards, field reports, schedule updates, and project correspondence.
• Support closeout activities including punch lists and system start-up.

Education

High school diploma or GED, Certified Trade Apprenticeship Program or Equivalent Experience, Ongoing Industry Training
