Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. seeks an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Superintendent to lead on-site supervision, coordinate contractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across projects.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in similar roles, 4 years in relative trades, and the ability to interpret construction documents, manage contracts, and communicate with clients and inspectors. Travel up to 100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED, Certified Trade Apprenticeship Program or Equivalent Experience.
• Experience: 4 years of experience in relative trades, 3-6 years in a similar position or proven successful project execution.
• Travel: Up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison to clients, inspectors, and other visitors.
• Promotes and maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing company and industry standards and procedures.
• Complies with legal regulations and obtains all required inspections.
• Manages and coordinates work to ensure it’s constructed in an orderly and deliberate manner that’s consistent with the standard of care and quality set forth in the contract documents.
• Develops, maintains and manages project schedules effectively with all parties to ensure that project milestone dates and overall schedule completion dates are met.
