Job summary

Cinterra is seeking Solar Electrical Foremen for the NE-175 Solar Project in Butler, Nebraska. You will lead crews on utility-scale solar projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of work.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and electrical expertise, familiarity with NEC codes, OSHA regulations, and a willingness to travel and work long hours in varying weather conditions. Employer-provided training and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of construction management and/or electrical experience (preferred).
• NFPA 70E Certification (preferred).
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations (required); OSHA training and certifications (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and travel full time.
• Knowledge of local codes, AHJ standards, and NEC code.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment onboarding (background check, drug screen, MVR search).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, climb ladders/scaffolds, and perform hard physical labor in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and around hazardous equipment.
