Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking an Electrical Foreman to join field operations at project sites across the United States. The role focuses on electrical scope, supporting the construction of solar fields and related infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will lead a crew of 10+ people, demonstrate safety and quality leadership, and contribute to timely project delivery in diverse outdoor conditions. Prior solar construction experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education.
• Experience on solar construction projects preferred.
• Ability to supervise a crew of 10 or more and work on outdoor sites.

Responsibilities

• Can independently perform DC Trench and MV Trench work.
• Can perform MV Cable Install, CAB Transition Conduit, Fiber Install.
• Conduct DC Splice, MV Splice, SCADA Equipment Install, Cab Install, and Combiner Box Install.
• Support field decisions and maintain production tracking.
