Job summary

Cinterra is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on utility-scale solar projects up to 20MW DC. You will manage day-to-day operations, safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with subcontractors and the project team.

The role requires strong communication, plan interpretation, and experience in AC/DC electrical work. Travel may be required; you must pass pre-employment checks and maintain project records.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of construction management and/or electrical experience.
• High School diploma or GED; advanced education preferred.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations (required), OSHA training and certifications preferred.
• NFPA 70E Certification (preferred).
• Must have valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to work long hours including weekends and travel full time.
• Familiar with local codes, AHJ standards, and NEC code.
• Able to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical crews on utility-scale solar projects up to 20MW DC.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects.
• Maintain project schedule and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with project management and subcontractors.
• Prepare take-offs, budgets, and forecasts.
• Attend customer meetings and report progress.
• Ensure AHJ inspections pass and are documented.
• Maintain accurate project records.
