Cinterra seeks a Solar Mechanical Installation General Foreman to oversee the installation of solar modules, piles, and racking systems on large utility and commercial projects. You will lead a crew, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality installations from planning through execution.

Responsibilities include coordinating installation activities, enforcing safety standards, monitoring quality, and mentoring team members to develop technical skills on job sites across our solar projects.

Qualificações

• At least three years of solar mechanical installation leadership experience.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• OSHA 30 or higher and strong safety regulations knowledge for solar installs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of solar mechanical installers, providing guidance and supervision.
• Coordinate installation activities to meet schedules and specifications.
• Ensure safety policies are followed; conduct safety meetings and inspections.
• Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve challenges.
• Maintain accurate daily records of installation activities and progress.
• Provide training and mentorship to installation crew.
