Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Solar Superintendent to oversee construction operations at a site in Peoria, IL. You will lead solar crews, coordinate drilling, review geotechnical data, and manage schedules and budgets to deliver on time and within budget.

This role requires a geotechnical/PM background, strong safety discipline, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus 4 years related experience, or progressive advancement.
• Must be able to work independently and lead crews on site.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure quality per project specs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee solar construction operations on projects.
• Lead crews, equipment, and subcontractors to meet goals and deadlines.
• Collaborate with engineering to interpret geotechnical data and design foundations.
• Develop schedules and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce safety protocols.
