Oak+Fort is seeking a Store Manager for our SoHo flagship in New York. You will lead client service, drive sales, oversee visual merchandising, store operations, and people management to deliver profitability and brand standards in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, building client relationships, training staff, managing schedules, stock control, and ensuring loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience at a high-volume location.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage P&L.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to develop and lead a team.

Responsabilités

• Manage client service, sales, productivity, merchandising, operations and people management.
• Meet minimum sales targets based on store volume.
• Provide exceptional client experience by executing the Oak + Fort sales culture.
• Build and manage client relationships through client databases.
• Keep up with product knowledge and present merchandise to reflect brand.
• Drive sales through eCommerce and social media channels.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training and development.
