Oak+Fort - NY SoHo is seeking an Assistant Manager in New York, NY to support client service, sales, visuals, operations, and people management for the store. You will help meet store goals, uphold brand concepts, and drive profitability while ensuring compliance with company priorities.

You will lead a team, manage client relationships, stay current with product knowledge, and contribute to both in-store and eCommerce sales growth.

• Build and manage client relationships and maintain client database.

• Drive sales via in-store and eCommerce channels.
• Lead staff, training, and performance development.
• Ensure store operations and cash handling are efficient and accurate.
• Address customer concerns and resolve service opportunities.
• Oversee stock room organization and store cleanliness.
