SOEUR in New York seeks a Store Manager to be the brand ambassador, open the store, build the team, and deliver the warm client experience the Paris-based label is known for. You will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate with the Paris head office.

With 5+ years retail and 2+ years team leadership, you will drive revenue, lead events, clienteling, recruit and train staff, manage schedules, inventory, and ensure compliance with NY labor law.

Formación

• 5+ years of retail experience required.
• 2+ years managing a store team.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• French language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Open the store and build the NY team.
• Drive revenue, analyze KPIs, and achieve sales targets.
• Plan in-store events and clienteling to grow NY client base.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach Assistant Manager and Sales Associates.
• Manage schedules, payroll hours, and NY labor law compliance.
• Execute Paris visual merchandising guidelines and manage inventory, deliveries.
• Oversee cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
