Job summary

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Store Director, ensure that the store adheres to SOPs and operates efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies through partnership with Retail Ops, Loss Prevention, Sales Audit, Inventory Control, Finance, Treasury, HR and Architecture/Facilities teams.
• Coordinate store maintenance and repairs with external vendors and contractors.
• Inventory management including cycle counts and addressing discrepancies.
• Verify deliveries and receipts against documentation and report discrepancies.
• Manage in-store operations/stock to ensure efficient processes and clear communication.
• Coach and develop direct reports with monthly touch bases.
• Support rollout of applications and train stock/sales teams on new systems.
• Conduct regular loss-prevention audits and address issues.
• Oversee annual physical inventory to minimize loss and avoid day-to-day disruption.
• Cultivate relationships with store ops leaders and corporate partners to improve efficiency.
• Manage store supply and packaging levels and oversee merchandise repairs.
• Support PCI compliance and address POS/payment-related issues.
• Daily walkthroughs to enforce brand guidelines front and back of house and address audit topics.
