Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Fashion Advisor in Soho who combines luxury fashion knowledge with exceptional client service. You will engage walk-in clients, convert them into loyal customers, and act as a brand ambassador within a diverse sales team.

You will deliver prompt, professional service, nurture relationships through ongoing outreach, and manage repairs with timely follow-up. A strong team orientation and passion for CHANEL heritage are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in fashion/retail environments.
• Strong client-facing skills with a passion for service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a luxury brand setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers by converting walk-ins to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to optimize the client experience.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and consistently exceed client expectations.
• Take in repairs and maintain follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
