Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related fashion retail experience.
• Excellent client service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new customers, converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to clients.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach and follow-up.
