You will work with a diverse sales team and report to boutique leadership, contributing to revenue growth and a premium client experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a team, values client experience, and communicates effectively.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Understanding of, and passion for client experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
• Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers, converting walk-ins to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to optimize client experience.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
• Exceed client expectations by maintaining a can-do attitude and elevating service.
• Support client sales and service delivery with in-store presence.
