• Lead the development of new customers by converting walk-ins to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Optimize the client experience with prompt, warm, professional service.
• Build genuine client relationships through thoughtful outreach.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude to consistently raise service levels.
• Take in repairs and follow up with clients on repairs and alterations.
