Job summary

CHANEL in New York seeks a Fashion Advisor to deliver exceptional client service and drive brand loyalty. You will convert walk-in traffic into clients, provide fashion expertise, and build lasting relationships through proactive outreach.

You will collaborate with a diverse sales team, report to boutique leadership, and support repairs/alterations follow-up while maintaining a premium in-store experience. Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and work evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and convert walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, warm, and professional service to clients.
• Build genuine client relationships and follow up on repairs/alterations.
• Collaborate with sales team and report to boutique leadership.
